Our spacious 2,000 sq ft, single-story home is located in the historic Lindale neighborhood, less than a mile from Corpus Christi Bay and Cole Park. With 4 bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms, a large living room, full kitchen, dining space for 10, and a huge fenced backyard, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – UP TO 12 GUESTS Our home features 5 queen-size beds across 4 bedrooms, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed Living room: Queen sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests Each bedroom features a smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser or storage furniture, closet space, and bedside charging options. We provide bedding for the five queen beds. If your group plans to use the sleeper sofa, please let us know so we can prepare additional bedding. SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM Kick back and relax in our large living room, featuring two comfortable couches, an oversized chair, additional seating, and a 65-inch smart TV. TWO UPDATED BATHROOMS The home features two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, conveniently located between the bedrooms. Fresh towels, basic toiletries, and a hair dryer are provided. A washer and dryer are also available for guests who need to refresh towels or clothing during their stay. HUGE FENCED BACKYARD Enjoy a spacious, fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to relax outdoors or let your approved pets enjoy some fresh air. The main house has its own backyard space, separate from the smaller guest casita located behind the property. PARKING & EASY CHECK-IN Enjoy convenient self-check-in with a keyless entry system. The driveway accommodates approximately 3–4 vehicles, depending on size. OPTIONAL SEPARATE CASITA Traveling with an even larger group or need additional privacy? A separate backyard casita may also be available to reserve for an additional charge. It has its own entrance and fenced outdoor area. You'll have private access to the entire 2,000 sq ft, single-story main house, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. PRIVATE BACKYARD Guests have access to the main house's spacious, fully fenced backyard. It's a great space to enjoy some fresh air, relax outdoors, or let approved pets stretch their legs. PARKING Our driveway accommodates approximately 3–4 vehicles, depending on their size. Street parking directly in front of the property is reserved for guests staying in the separate casita. SEPARATE BACKYARD CASITA There is a separate guesthouse behind the main home that may be occupied by other Airbnb guests during your stay. The casita has its own entrance from the adjacent street and a separately fenced outdoor area. Casita guests do not have access to the main house or its private backyard. The garage and casita are not included in your main-house reservation. GUEST OCCUPANCY Our home accommodates up to 12 registered guests, with 5 queen-size beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Please let us know in advance if your group plans to use the sleeper sofa so we can prepare additional bedding. SEPARATE CASITA ON THE PROPERTY There is a separate guesthouse behind the main home that may be rented to other guests during your stay. The casita has its own entrance and separately fenced outdoor space. Guests staying there do not share your main-house living areas or backyard. The casita and garage are not included in this reservation. PET-FRIENDLY STAYS We welcome well-behaved pets! Up to 2 pets, or 3 small pets, may be permitted with an additional pet fee. Please include your pets when booking and let us know their breeds and sizes so we can confirm they meet our pet policy. Our fenced backyard provides a convenient outdoor space for approved pets. TOWELS & LAUNDRY Fresh towels and linens are provided for each reservation. For larger groups or longer stays, we recommend bringing additional personal towels if needed. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING To help conserve energy and keep our equipment operating efficiently, we ask guests to keep the air conditioning set at 72°F or higher during warmer months and the heating at 70°F or lower during cooler months. QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD Bay Area Bungalow is located in historic Lindale, a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially during evening and overnight hours. BEACH & BAY ACCESS Our home is near Corpus Christi Bay and Cole Park, with McGee Beach and downtown just a short drive away. The property is not directly waterfront.
