Whether you're visiting the coast for a weekend getaway, exploring Corpus Christi, traveling for work, or bringing your furry companions along, our casita offers a comfortable, convenient home base. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – UP TO 2 ADULT GUESTS (2 couches can be used for 2 additional supervised children with prior approval at time of booking) The open-concept casita includes: 1 queen-size bed with a firm 10-inch memory foam mattress 2 sofas for relaxing Dresser, nightstand, and closet storage Ceiling fan, bedside lighting, and air conditioning Please let us know in advance if you plan to use couches so we can prepare additional sheets, blankets, and pillows. LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT Kick back and relax on either of the two sofas after a day exploring Corpus Christi. Enjoy a smart TV with streaming apps, HDMI connection for your own device, and an Amazon Alexa device for music. Fast Wi-Fi, approximately 78 Mbps as measured on the listing, and a multipurpose dining/work table make the casita convenient for remote work and longer stays. KITCHENETTE & COFFEE The kitchenette provides the basics for enjoying coffee, drinks, snacks, and simple meals: Mini refrigerator Microwave Keurig coffee maker Sink Plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils Please note that the casita does not have a full kitchen, stove, or oven. PRIVATE BATHROOM The casita has its own compact private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and stand-up shower. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay. YOUR OWN FENCED YARD One of our favorite features is the casita's private, gated outdoor space! Enjoy a little fresh air, relax in the outdoor seating area, or spend time outside with your approved pets. Guest access YOUR OWN PRIVATE CASITA Guests have exclusive access to the entire Cozy Quarters guesthouse, including the sleeping and living area, kitchenette, private bathroom, and dedicated workspace. PRIVATE FENCED OUTDOOR AREA You'll also have access to the casita's own gated yard and outdoor seating area. Approved pets are welcome to enjoy the casita yard while accompanied by their owners. SEPARATE MAIN HOUSE The larger four-bedroom Bay Area Bungalow is located in front of the casita and may be occupied by other Airbnb guests during your stay. The main house, its backyard, driveway, and garage are not included in your casita reservation. The casita has its own entrance and separately fenced outdoor space. There is one queen-size bed for 2 guests and two sofas provide comfortable seating. Please let us know before arrival if you'll need extra bedding. PRIVATE CASITA ON A SHARED PROPERTY Cozy Quarters is a separate guesthouse located behind our four-bedroom Bay Area Bungalow. The main house may be occupied by other Airbnb guests. Your casita has its own entrance and separately fenced outdoor area. The main house, main backyard, driveway, and garage are not included in your reservation. PET-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATIONS We welcome up to 2 pets with an additional pet cleaning fee! Please include your pets when booking and let us know their names and breeds. Pets may enjoy the casita's private fenced yard while accompanied by their owners. Please clean up after your pets and be considerate of neighboring guests. KITCHENETTE The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, sink, Keurig coffee maker, and basic dishes and utensils. There is no full kitchen, stove, or oven. BATHROOM The casita features one compact private bathroom with a stand-up shower. PARKING Free street parking is available in front of the property. The driveway is reserved for guests of the main house. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE The property receives routine lawn care and scheduled pest control to help keep the grounds comfortable and well maintained. NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITY The casita is located in an established residential neighborhood. Occasional daytime noise from neighborhood maintenance or nearby construction may occur. EASY CHECK-IN Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is before 12 PM. You'll receive keypad access instructions before arrival.
