Sunset Ranch - Private Farm Stay in Wine Country!

Welcome to Sunset Ranch! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just 20 minutes from Sedona. Complete with horses, chickens, and turkeys, all of the lovely details throughout this unique space and completely private 2-acre property are sure to impress. Enjoy breathtaking views surrounding the entire property located off of Page Springs Road and backing up to Green Gate state land trails. The space At Sunset Ranch, enjoy being within a mile or two of the many wineries located on Page Springs Road, including Page Springs Cellars, Oak Creek Vineyards, Javelina Leap, D.A. Ranch, and Cove Mesa Vineyards. You will be just a short drive to Sedona and enjoy beautiful views of Jerome and Red Rock right from the property. The entire 2 acres is gated and completely private to create a great escape from a busy lifestyle and to enjoy the outdoors. This cute and cozy house has been updated with trendy and unique furnishings, bold colors, and many comforts of home. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub while soaking in the sunset views. Light a delightful wood fire in our largest size Solo stove and relax in the Adirondack chairs. This is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Verde Valley. In addition to this unique space, the property has a 1200 foot dome garage called a Quonset that we have converted into a recreational space complete with pool table, bar, lounge furniture, 75 inch tv, dining area with a full sized fridge, upright grand piano, and board games. The focal piece of the garage is an old F-250 Ford truck with a tree growing out of its headlight that we converted into a lounge area perfect for conversation, relaxing with a drink in hand, or playing board games with friends. The backyard features an 8 foot round cold plunge pool with rock waterfall that can easily hold 5-6 people, shaded seating area, covered dining area with bbq grill, and a full sized private outdoor hot shower. Enjoy interacting with farm animals during your visit. Animals bring a sense of peace and stillness to our lives. Enjoy interacting with our friendly Horses and our growing bird collection featuring Emus, Peacocks, Turkeys, Ducks, and Chickens. Horses have large hearts and you can feel their energy up to 30 feet away. Standing within range of a horse can open your heart chakra, facilitate healing, and elevate your intuition. VACATIONING WITH YOUR HORSES!?! Heck yes! Do you have your own horses and want to bring them along? We recently added a large 30 x 30 guest stall to welcome our equestrian travelers. For an additional $25 per night per horse, feel free to bring along your horses to enjoy local trails that begin right in our backyard as well as adventures to the local pubs and wineries for breakfast, lunch and tastings. Many local restaurants are equipped with convenient tie up posts to welcome local equine riders. The local Cornville Mercantile just a few miles up the road offers hay, grain, and other conveniences. A true dream for horse owners! $25/night per horse. Feed and labor not included. Covered outdoor 20x30 stall with water bin and hay feeder included. Guests will need to pick up horse droppings with provided wheelbarrow and rake. Guest access We have animals on the property which require our care daily. We will be coming to tend to the livestock twice a day during your stay. You are welcome to interact with us and the animals while we are there tending to them. We also offer light morning farm chores to any guests who are interested in participating. These chores are easy and include giving the horses their morning hay and grains. It is completely optional for our guests and not required. ENJOY FRESH EGGS!!! Our chickens lay eggs daily, let us know if you would like to have fresh farm eggs complimentary during your stay.
