Surrounded by nature and wildlife, at 7700 elevation, but less than 20 minutes to the heart of downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row. Fees apply The space Castle in the pines is an open concept space with panoramic views of Prescott National forest hidden away in the northern part of Spruce Mountain. Whether you want to relax with wine on the deck at sunset or enjoy hiking, games or a picnic at the lake this home is for you! Upon entering you will walk into the living room and have access to the deck. The kitchen and dining have lots of natural light and boast amazing views. The first floor features the master retreat with a luxurious king bed, 55” 4K HD TV and walk in closet. The en suite has and a walk-in shower, a soaker tub stocked with bath salts & bubble bath as well dual vanities so everyone has their own space. Also off the main floor is a bedroom with king bed and a full bath. Downstairs you will find the 3rd bedroom, this is designed to sleep 3-5. This area is stocked with kids toys/books to keep kiddos of all ages busy. There is another full bathroom as well as a featured gym and peloton bike! Heading back upstairs… Our favorite spot of the house is the loft. We’ve designed it to be a game room/cinema room. Arguably has the best views in the house. Enjoy a soak outside in the jacuzzi or take a nap in the hammock. Our home also features a fully fenced off area for dogs to walk off leash. Fee applies for bringing dogs. Guest access Our home is located 2.2 miles off of Senator Highway. This 2.2 mile drive is UNPAVED, but boasts great views of the valley. A standard car or SUV can make the drive, however in high rain or snow season a 4x4 is REQUIRED to stay. If you are an off-road junkie, this home is perfect for you. You will have the whole home to yourself. 2 car garage and plenty of exterior parking if needed. Our home is positioned in such a way that you will feel as though the whole forest is yours! Other things to note - Please ensure you read the notes about the unpaved road! We want to make sure the right expectations are set. - Noise ordinance: Please be mindful of loud outside noise after 9:30. - $200 fee for dogs
