“Coastal Hideaway” Steps from the Sand & Pier

Welcome to Coastal Hideaway! Located 2nd row from the beach, in the Garden Sands, my cozy 2 bedroom, one bathroom condo is only steps to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and 2 blocks to the Garden City Pier, making it the perfect place for a couples getaway or small families. The space To ensure the comfort of my guests I have freshly painted, installed new flooring, new furniture and linens. I hope you will rest easy knowing I take great pride in preparing my home with fresh linens and a detailed cleaning for every reservation. Once you arrive, a welcome basket that will await you on the table. It is my hope you feel as comfortable as you do in your own home. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, smart TV and an entrance into the shared bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a smart TV. To keep you cool on those hot summer nights, I have installed ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The single bathroom has a full sized tub and shower, vanity and shelves for storage. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal and the full sized refrigerator will help keep your drinks nice and cold. The open concept living room has a big screen smart TV, a loveseat and full-size couch, a perfect place to sit back and relax. The sliding door which opens to the balcony offers you a view of the pool below, a 1st row seat to watch all the golf carts cruise the strip and a peak of the Atlantic. Guest access Everything within the condo is for your use, so please make yourself at home. Bath and bed linens are included as well as beach chairs, a tote style cooler, beach umbrella and 2 beach towels. The complex offers a shared outdoor pool with a sun deck, coin operated laundry and free parking under the building. *Please note: Per HOA, I am only granted 1 parking space. Other things to note Wendy, my property manager, may confirm your reservation up to 24hrs after your arrival. The reserving person must be present with proper ID. The reserving person must be over 23. Only 1 parking space is available to you per HOA rules. Motorcycles are allowed but unfortunately no trailers are permitted per HOA rules, sorry. During King Tide there may be local road flooding. Please message if you have any questions.
