Guest access (Currently under temporary repairs) The on-site clubhouse is available for an additional fee and is ideal for parties, sports events, and gatherings. The clubhouse features a fully equipped kitchen, basketball courts, tennis court, swimming pool, playground, and barbecue area. Other things to note Before approving your reservation request, we would like to remind you of some important house rules. As the property is located within a private gated community, strict neighborhood regulations apply. Failure to comply may result in penalties, including fines of up to $200 USD or immediate removal from the property without refund. The base rate includes up to 8 guests. A maximum of 16 guests is allowed with an additional fee per person. The total amount will be automatically updated once all guests are added to the reservation. Rates may vary on holidays or high-demand dates. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Parties or events are strictly prohibited. Visitors are not allowed after 5:00 p.m. Pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. A maximum of 3 vehicles is permitted. Commercial photography or filming is not allowed.
