Beautifully renovated in September 2022, the ranch is designed for wedding groups, families and friends to celebrate, relax and reconnect. Enjoy five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a private pool and spa, private pickleball court, custom queen bunk room, pool table, covered patio, indoor fireplace and the Loggia—our covered outdoor gathering space with a large barbecue grill and fireplace. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS — SLEEPS 18 • Primary suite: king bed, queen sofa sleeper, private bathroom with walk-in shower and large jetted tub • Bedrooms 2 and 3: one queen bed each; shared full bathroom • Bedroom 4: one queen bed; shared full bathroom with the bunk room • Custom bunk room: two queen-over-queen bunk beds, providing four queen sleeping spaces with added privacy • Three full bathrooms plus one powder room Every bedroom has a Samsung Smart TV, premium memory-foam mattress, soft linens, pillows and blackout shades. Bath towels, pool towels, toiletries and a hair dryer in each full bathroom are provided. LIVING AND ENTERTAINMENT The spacious family room features an 82-inch Samsung 4K Smart TV, indoor fireplace, full-size pool table, board games and other indoor games. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and guests may sign in to their own streaming services. KITCHEN AND DINING The dining table seats 12, the kitchen counter has five stools, and the outdoor dining table seats six. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, toaster oven, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig, Caraway ceramic cookware, pots, frying pans, dishes, utensils, cookie sheets, cutting boards and serving essentials. Please use only induction-compatible cookware on the cooktop. IMPORTANT: The pool does not have a child-safety fence or separate gate. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times around the pool and spa. RANCH SETTING The home sits on approximately 12 fenced acres with open views and quiet, starry nights. Guests may see cows, goats and donkeys near the livestock fencing, and deer may cross the property. For the safety of guests and animals, do not enter restricted livestock or operational areas, open livestock gates, feed the animals or attempt to interact with them. Observe all posted signs, gates and boundaries. GUEST ACCESS Guests have private access to the home, pool and spa, pickleball court, covered patio, Loggia and designated outdoor recreation and gathering areas. Restricted livestock and operational areas are not included in guest access. LOCATION Canyonwood Ridge wedding venue is approximately 0.3 mile away. Downtown Dripping Springs—with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping and H-E-B—is approximately 3.8 miles away. The ranch is also convenient to wineries, breweries, distilleries, Hamilton Pool Preserve, Reimers Ranch Park and other Hill Country attractions. Nearby wedding venues include The Terrace Club, Camp Lucy, Creekside, Stonehouse Villa, Wildflower Barn and Vista West Ranch. Distances and drive times are approximate and may vary.
