The space Bright and light updated home 5 minutes to COTA/Germania, 5 minutes to McKinney Falls, 12 minutes to Tesla, under 10 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to Eastside, and 20 minutes from downtown. All new kitchen with granite countertops, new Samsung appliances and all of the necessities to cook a great meal in. Under counter microwave and tons of cabinet storage space. Kitchen boasts black Kraüs sink and Kraüs fixtures as well as an instant reverse osmosis water purifier for all your needs. Kitchen has a Ninja foodie blender, knife set, as well as wine and champagne glasses. Tea and coffee station with tea bags and ground coffee for you to enjoy a morning cup of your preference on the covered back porch. Back porch has a dining table for up to 6. The indoor dining area seats 6 with 4 additional seats at the peninsula. Oversized living room has a large 70” smart TV to allow you to watch your favorite shows and sports with ease, just sign into your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or any other streaming service. Living room has an authentic mid-century heirloom couch that has been restored with new blue velvet and all new cushions and pillows. Additional seating provides plenty of space for your family or a fun weekend with friends. Plenty of games and extra pillows are stored in the hutch in the living room. King bed in primary, queen bed in secondary and double bed in third bedroom in addition to two the twin beds in the living room which convert from seating to sleeping in no time. All beds have new mattresses, soft bamboo linens and new pillows. The bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans with remote controls. Primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and rainfall shower head. Secondary bathroom has an oversized countertop with plenty of storage for all your needs as well as a full sized bathtub with rainfall shower head. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with quartz countertops and porcelain tile. Bathrooms are furnished with Native shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All cabinets and drawers in the home are soft close as well. Lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets for your comfort. Each bedroom has a luggage rack and ample closet space for you to truly feel at home. Wi-Fi throughout home. There are no neighbors behind this home to add to your privacy. Boardgames, playing cards and outdoor corn hole beanbag toss game provided for your enjoyment. We have tried to make this the most comfortable airbnb that you will ever stay in. This home was designed as my primary home, but my work has me traveling, so I am pleased to share my home with you for a fun and luxurious Austin getaway! Guest access The entire home and yard are yours for your stay! There is a fluffy, sweet, sable colored cat named Saber who enjoys spending time in the backyard. She lives across the street, but often times is found lounging in the backyard. Please be kind to her. Other things to note Keyless entry access to the home for the duration of your stay. Full laundry room stocked with everything you need. Rate is for up to 3 people, each additional person is $50/night. If additional guests not on the rental agreement stay overnight, this will result in a charge of $75 per person not included in the booking. This is an established neighborhood and no parties are allowed, quiet hours of 10:30pm-7:00am are enforced. Early check in of up to 2 hours early can potentially be accommodated on a case by case basis depending on if the house is available and sanitized. Early check in requests must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to check in and approval is at the discretion of the hosts. Nothing besides toilet paper can be flushed. If sanitary products are flushed into the system it will result in a fine. We are on a septic system and sanitary products or any other objects will result in major issues for the system. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Parking for up to 4 or 5 cars (depending on the size of the vehicle) in the driveway but no street parking is allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside the home, and cigarette butts must be disposed of upon checkout in the outside trash bin. Smoking in the house will result in a fine. No parties.
