The space The interior of this home is bright, airy, and beachy. The galley-style kitchen is large and has white wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and it comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and small appliances you need to whip up something tasty. This kitchen is a delight! Right in front of the kitchen is the dining area with a large rectangular table and seating for up to 6 people. Additional 4 top in living area. The living room has 2 cozy sofas with throw blankets, tv a faux fireplace that provides heat in the winter months, a patio door that lets in plenty of natural light and leads to the pool area. Walk through the patio doors, and you end up in the screened-in heated pool with bistro lights. In addition to the pool, you will also find patio chairs/table and sun loungers for those who want to lay back and relax. There is also a pool alarm that is easy to use and adds extra security for your little ones. No parties or events Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in) Gram's Beach House has the right to cancel any reservation that doesn't adhere to this policy. We are pet friendly, all pets must be approved by host and added to the reservation at the time of booking. ***Unapproved pets will not be allowed on the property. Pet covers are mandatory on both sofas while your pet stays and will be set up for you prior to your arrival. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR PET AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. ***$50/day to heat the pool ARE NOT ALLOWED: - PARTY - SMOKING (any time in the house). The house has external areas and pool area outside where the guest is allowed to smoke, however there will be a fine of U$250.00 if you smoke inside the house). If smoking outside, you must extinguish the cigarette and dispose in the trash. Other things to note NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom). We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination. We request that you indicate at the time of booking if you would like to use the pool heater, so that the pool is ready for your arrival. Please allow 24 hours, if requested during your stay for Gram's Beach House team to fulfill your request. Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed in this home. We are sharing our family home with you. Please respect it. Violation of our "no party" rule will result in immediate eviction. There are cameras on the front of the home to enforce this policy. Violations are immediately turned over to the local sheriff and AirBnB
