Nice hot tub, warm and cozy! The Games were perfect! You can never get bored. Very peaceful. Joel’s place was also so clean you could eat off the floor lol! If I could give this place a 20 star I would! Don’t think twice to book! 😊” - Kendra M. “Joel’s place was great! His communication from the day we booked to the moment we were ready to check out was flawless. The place is just remote enough to feel like you’re out of the hustle, but close enough to pop in and out if you need to change for dinner. Two king size bedrooms was a nice touch (and a third room was a beautiful size as well). The loft comes with games that even us in our 50’s enjoyed and a tv in case you want to watch up there as well . . . The kitchen was well stocked and both it and the family room were very spacious! Enjoyed it all and would recommend to anyone of any age!” - Sarinah W. ★ MAIN LEVEL KING ENSUITE BEDROOM ★ ✔ “The Smoky Mtn Room” ✔ 1 King bed with memory foam mattress ✔ 2 nightstands with table lamps & USB charging ports ✔ Dresser and upholstered lounge chair ✔ Ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, step-in shower, and jetted soaking tub ★ UPPER LEVEL KING BEDROOM ★ ✔ “The Dolly Room” ✔ 1 King bed with memory foam mattress ✔ 2 nightstands with table lamps & USB charging ports ✔ Dresser and closet ★ UPPER LEVEL QUEEN BEDROOM ★ ✔ “The Knoxville Room” ✔ 1 Queen bed with memory foam mattress ✔ 2 nightstands with table lamps & USB charging ports ✔ Dresser and closet ★ ADDITIONAL SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS ★ ✔ Queen sleeper sofa in the entertainment loft ✔ Queen sleeper sofa in the living room 💥Guests staying on the sleeper sofas will share the upstairs bathroom unless willing to share the ensuite bathroom on the main level ★ KITCHEN/DINING/GREAT ROOM ★ As you enter Bearendipity II from the rear deck, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with granite countertops and stainless appliances ready to host memorable family stays.
