We want our guests to have fun, while not disturbing the peace and tranquility of our neighbors.*** -Quiet neighborhood, with low traffic, and yet just a few minutes from practically all types of shopping. -Large fenced yard with 6 ft privacy fence. -Hot tub and pool are available for use all year. -The master bedroom has its own private full bathroom and 2 walk-in closets. -Dedicated electric height-adjustable desk, chair, and 27" curved monitor. -4 smart TVs -- 1 in each bedroom, and living room. -6 Ceiling fans -All of the floors are a mix of stone, and wood -- no carpet. -Pool and lawn maintenance are included in the price of the stay. Pool is about 3' in the shallow end, and about 8' in the deep end. -Pool has color changing light that comes on automatically at night, with brilliant colors displayed in the water. -We give access to Ring doorbell camera and Ring floodlight camera above the garage. -We provide 24x7x365 customer support. -Smart TVs allow our guests to use their favorite subscriptions. -Full access to garage use -Master Bedroom has a King bed, Guest bedroom has a Queen bed, 2nd Guest bedroom has 2x Twin beds -Pool and Hot tub professionally maintained weekly -Please reach out to us before booking stays of 4 weeks or more, as cleaning fees and pet fees are different. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the 2-car garage. Other things to note The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the mall, groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. We manage this house, and the house next to it, and they both have a pool and a hot tub. So, if you need more than one place, we can assist!
