Set in a rustic paradise that is the watershed of the Big East Fork Conservation Easement It’s 19 miles from Nashville and 6 mi from Franklin and Leipers Fork. Beautiful view of the working organic farm next door. Your tour of farm must be arranged with farmer. The common grounds hold a Horseshoe Pit, Shuffle Board, Bocci ball and fishing pond. Parties and Events NOT permitted via AirBnB. Additional $40/night fee for more than 4 guests The space The elegant and handicap accessible master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with garden tub and shower. The first floor contains two other queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a loft bedroom that holds 3 twin beds. An additional private 4 child bedroom or workspace is available up a spiral staircase. There is a screened in porch/eating area and a beautiful open porch overlooks the games area, pond and yard. Guest access Guests may access the entire house except for attic and basement spaces. A ramp allows wheelchair entry to first floor. Three full bathrooms on first floor.
