Sleep peacefully in comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and premium bedding. Softened and RO filtered drinking water provided at the sink and refrigerator to enhance your stay! Socializing with family and friends is made easy with the open floor plan. The large table is great for dining or playing games together. Get greeted every morning during breakfast with natural light that pours into the kitchen/dining room. The patio table outside on the porch is a great place for enjoying the wonderful Arizona sunshine and is also excellent for coffee or lunch! The outside oasis includes a new contoured putting green, HEATED* pool, spa,(hot tub connected to the pool ) and lawn area. Whether it’s your first time or you're an experienced golfer, the putting green will keep you entertained with its breaks and gameplay. There is an area next to the green to enjoy corn hole or other games… or maybe you want to swim in the heated* pool. The spa is perfect to relax in after a long day. (*pool/spa heat is a additional charge) There’s a large park within walking distance (one block away) with a great open space and a playground for the kids! Grocery stores and Walmart near by making it convenient to pre order your groceries for pickup or delivery. Centrally located to enjoy your favorite attractions; sports, golf courses, shopping, restaurants, hiking, museums, art, the zoo, Botanical Gardens, or one of the areas many festivals and events. You won’t run out of things to do! Guest access Home is accessed via smart lock system. The code will be sent to guest the morning before check in. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, enough for 2 cars. ( No GARAGE PARKING) Guests will have access to house and oasis backyard. Feel free to use all the amenities of the home. We ask that you respect the home as your own. There is no access to the side yards. **** Accessing the side yards, including tampering with the pool equipment, during your stay will result in a $500 charge (for maintenance check and inspections as needed )**** Other things to note This is a NON-SMOKING HOME. If any smoking/vaping/e-cig or drugs is used or found in any part of the house area there will be a $500 charge for a extra deep cleaning. NO PETS ALLOWED. We love furry friends but our home is not set up to best accommodate them. If pets are on the premises at any time a charge of $600 will be incurred for deep cleaning Do not place anything Hot on the Putting green or Turf area as it will burn and damage it ! No glass in the pool/spa area (plastic dishes provided) if pool/spa needs to be drained because of glass it will be at guest expense. Please respect the Saltillo tile it is made from clay and will scratch if something heavy is dragged on it decorations can change on occasion as needed The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection. Any fees/charges will be billed direct to guest credit card as renting you agree to house rules. Pool and/or Spa DISCLAIMER: 1. GUESTS AGREE TO CLOSELY MONITOR ALL CHILDREN AND/OR OTHER GUESTS (ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT CANNOT SWIM) TO ENSURE THEIR SAFETY AROUND THE POOL AND/OR SPA. 3. Guests agree to comply with all posted signs, disclaimers and safety guidelines. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IS ALLOWED. Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold harmless DKMR LLC and Owner, including all Members, Managers and employees thereof, from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims, or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool and spa.
