This home is just steps to the beach, walking distance to well-known restaurants and retail boutiques on 2nd St, a short drive to Downtown, Mother's Beach, Marina Stadium, and Naples Island. The space CITY REQUIREMENTS: A) Primary guest must be 25 years old or older. Age must be verified by providing photo of identification such as driver's license, identification card, passport, etc. B) The city of Long Beach Beach has a very strict noise and unruly gathering ordinance during the day and at night. The noise level should always be reasonable and at a minimum. In addition, the max occupants in the home (indoor & outdoor area) are 8 guests per your reservation at all times. The City’s Quiet Hours are between 10 PM – 10 AM, which means there should be no loud noise/ music during these hours. Any violations to the rule above, the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund. Also, any citations received from the city ($250- $3,000) will be charged to the guests. We are very strict in upholding this policy because our short-term lodging permit is in jeopardy of being revoked by the city, and our neighbors are vigilant in reporting any loud noise to city officials.
