Quiet suburb of Washington, DC - (Alexandria, VA)

Neighborhood is quiet with access to public transportation (bus and subway/ vehicle is faster) to DC and surrounding sites- US Capitol, The White House, subway stop at Reagan Nat'l Airport, MGM Grand Casino at National Harbor, museums & theaters, George Washington Estate, etc. Spacious two-level home; basically lower level is guest space with private bath, mini fridge, microwave, large flat screen TV in family room. The space Guest space is totally a separate and private living space. Large TV/family room for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, meeting etc. Included is cozy fireplace for the cold season. Neighborhood is friendly and safe with morning and evening walkers/strollers. Enjoy sitting/relaxing on the deck if desired. My location is approximately five miles from MGM Grand Casino which is in the same vicinity as the National Harbor/Gaylord Hotel and the Tanger Outlet for additional shopping and eating options. Guest access Access to upper level not available. Small frig in guest area for storage of food and cool beverage; microwave available as well. During my guests stay, a key is provided for entry and exit. Off street parking is available. During your stay I am available throughout the guest(s) stay, unless there are unforeseen events or plans change, to be of assistance to bring about a pleasant experience.
