Welcome to our NEWLY RENOVATED place of peacefulness tucked away in the country hillsides of Nolensville TN, stretched over 3.5 acres. Stretched over 3.5 acres, this getaway retreat is the perfect location for friends and family to gather for a no-neighbor private experience, amongst many amenities. Weddings, graduation parties with less than 25 people are allowed by request for an additonal fee of $250. If over 25 people the fee is $500. Maximum capacity 52 people. Be the FIRST to enjoy it! Guest access Entire 3.5 acres is accessible. Pavillion area and 2 fireside sitting areas accessible. Firewood available for purchase. Other things to note Only the 8 registed guest allowed inside the home. Only 16 visitors of the guest allowed in the pavilion area, unless a wedding is requested. All visitors must leave the premises by 10:00pm. Firewood is available for purchase. If any tents or inflatables are being setup on the property please let us know at booking. A $100 fee will be charged
