Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the central location is close to Spring Training and local Phoenix sporting and entertainment events. Minimum age: the guest who books must be 25 or older. Heat pumps work much less efficiently when it's about 55°F or colder outside, so on cold days and nights the spa may heat slowly or not reach its usual temperature. For the warmest soak on a cool evening, start heating the spa in the afternoon while it's still warmer outside. KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, dishware, spices, cooking basics.
