Other things to note Pet owners: Pet must be preaproved by us in writing prior to arrival. There is a $75 fee for first pet and $50 per additional pet. There is also a $100 damage protection security deposit due prior to check in IF you are approved. If a guest shows up with a pet that has not been authorized by us in writing prior to arrival your pet will not be allowed to stay. Pets are never allowed on furniture, linens, or beds. If you have a shedding dog such as a Golden Retriever or a Husky you must fully sweep and vacuum all areas or deposit will be forfeited. If hair is found in areas were pets are not allowed deposit will be forfeited. Pet deposit and fee is due immediately upon arrival. We should not have to ask for it.
