Welcome to Verde Valley High Desert living at its finest. This custom home, completed in 2022, sits on 1.4 acre of high desert on a dead end road with no traffic. This is very quite property with views all the way to Sedona and beyond. Conveniently located 25 minutes to Sedona, 15 minutes to Jerome and a short drive to Old Town Cottonwood and many wineries in the Verde Valley. The night sky is amazing! You can see the Milky Way on dark clear sky nights. No street lights. 4 steps up to entrance. The space This 1300 sf home features a 1000 sf wrap around deck.. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary cooking utensils, pots and pans you might need to prepare your favorite meals. We stock the kitchen with coffee, tea, pancake mix and basic condiments and seasonings. There is a gas grille for your use. No smoking is allowed in the house! If the house smells like tobacco smoke, you will be charged a fee for the extra cleaning it will take to get ride of the smoke smell. A wood burning stove in the living room is not in use. No animals or pets at this time. We appreciate your understanding. Parties are never allowed. We have three TV's in the house. The living room has a 65", the master bed has a 55" , the other bedroom has a 43" TV. High speed internet that's fast enough for streaming all your favorite shows/movies and the App of your choice. There is also a Piano for your use. Please take care when using. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, the other has a queen size bed. Walk-in shower in Master bath with a separate tub. The guest bath has a tub/shower. Shower gel and shampoo along with hand soap is provided. Guest access Currently the property has a work shed and studio where I stay in when I am in town. I may be working on a project in the shed or outside but not to disturb your stay. You have access to the entire property. The laundry and utility room is not part of this rental. Other things to note Outdoor living: Spacious wrap around deck with seating and dining area, gas grille and views to the red rocks of Sedona and beyond. Kitchen: Fully equipped w/ SS appliances, micro wave, oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and coffee, tea french press, toaster, RO water and ice in the refrigerator, cooking utensils, spices and all the necessary dishes for serving. General: Free wifi, central heating and air conditioning, linens and towels. Parking: on site 6 vehicles, RV/trailer parking available.
