It features private beach access in the Waikoloa resort area, surrounded by palms and ancient fish ponds. Guests can enjoy a heated infinity edge pool and concierge services, enhancing the luxury experience. The property is home to giant sea turtles and migrating whales, making it a unique destination. Kolea Villas offers luxurious accommodations for discerning guests. Other things to note Pool is heated. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. Kolea Beach Club Pool & Deck renovation - Pool Closure scheduled 09/08/27 - 11/03/2027 The Beach Club pool and deck renovation project is scheduled for September 8, 2027 through November 3, 2027. Due to safety and liability concerns during construction, the closure will include the entire Beach Club, fitness room, rental hales, and beach access gate. During this time, Anaehoʻomalu Bay can be accessed through the Marriott gate. Mahalo nui for everyone’s patience and understanding during this project.
