Welcome to “Our Perfect Little Place” to take in all Pawleys Island and The Grand Strand has to offer! **New Flooring - 9/1/26** Our Place consists of a large King bedroom, living room with pull out queen bed, butler’s nook and private patio. You are also have access to a shared foyer, front patio and community pool. We are located near multiple golf courses, amazing restaurants, the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, historic Georgetown & only a mile from the beautiful beaches of Pawleys Island! The space King Bedroom with a cozy living space that provides queen pull out bed, tv, and private patio! Perfect for couples, golf groups or a beach getaway! You can add admission to Litchfield by the Sea along with your stay. There, you will find a guarded entrance to a private beach, tennis courts, pickleball, walking/biking paths & and a deck overlooking the ocean with tables & chairs. It is about 1.5 miles from us, straight down the walking paths! An additional $15/day of your stay (this is an added charge with our HOA beginning 01/2024). It is an amazing area, but we feel better adding it as an option rather than including it in the price if it’s not what you’re in the area for. Let us know if you’d like this added to your reservation. We will send you a link to pay the additional charge, and you will be added to our portal for entrance to Litchfield for the dates you are here!
