Watch the sunset while having dinner at the kitchen table. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to The Riviera with restaurants, shopping . Grab the cruisers, ride on the Strand to Hermosa or Manhattan. Guests will access the guesthouse through the alley between Avenue A and Avenue B, Gate access code needed, take the stairs up to bungalow. Parking on premises. Other things to note NO SMOKERS!
