Please note: the private boat dock is not available for boat use. However, guests are welcome to launch kayaks and paddle boards from the dock area during their stay. Key ordinances include: • Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded • Street parking is prohibited • Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m. • Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. Strict rules for pet behavior must be followed and are outlined in your rental agreement. NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 4, with 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement.
