Visit these parks with no fee!! The space Brand new sleeper sofa, dining table, LVP flooring, recliner, decor and paint! Brand new mattresses - ultra plush & roku TVs Newly renovated 1 bedroom condo with 2 queen beds and queen sleeper. Many amenities on property such as Starbucks, dining, pools, hot tub, biking/walking trails, ponds, and private gated beach access with baths/showers. Come stay and see this beautiful location! Guest access You have access to the outdoor pool, hot tub, pool bar, kids playground, walking/biking paths, on-site restaurants (Coastal Dish, The Deck Tiki Bar and Grill), Coastal Scoops and General store , Starbucks, and smart laundry. There is private gated beach access located at 780 Retreat Beach Cir. There are bathrooms, showers, and a viewing deck. You can walk, drive or take the shuttle to this spot. Other things to note. You will be provided with one set of sheets per bed (no housekeeping), 6 bath towels, 6 wash clothes, hand towels and dish towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dish tabs and liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, and 3 trash bags. Anything additional you will need to bring. 2 beach chairs, and beach toys inside box on balcony. Pack n play bed located under the left queen bed. There are paid washer and dryers on the 1st floor if laundry is needed or nearby laundromats. A $150 security deposit will be requested after booking - typically a few days before your stay. It is fully refundable and will be refunded immediately after condo is cleaned and inspected if no damage is found.
