Clean and peaceful home near the Verde River

Relax with loved ones in this clean and cozy home. The living room is in an open area next to the kitchen and dining area - great for visiting. The living room and all three bedrooms have wall mounted t.v.'s. I tried two different internet services (high speed) with poor results. I have since purchased Star Link and it is fantastic! I'm so excited about how it will elevate the guest experience. Stargazing on the back patio furniture is the best! The space The kitchen is well stocked. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer, plenty of closet space and hangars for all your clothing. There are two full baths, one in the master and one in the hall. The bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary toiletries. You'll enjoy beautiful views of Mingus Mountain out the front window and red rocks (in the distance) from the back yard. The front yard is shaded in the morning and the back yard is shaded in the afternoon. Enjoy coffee out front in the morning and wine or a cocktail out back in the evening. I recently purchased back patio furniture and its super comfy. Guest access Guests gain access with an electronic key pad. I provide a new code for each guest. There is a circle drive out front with ample parking. Further, there is a garage if needed as well as a spot for RV parking on the side of the house. The house sits at the front of a cul-de-sac. So, if you have guests there's tons of parking. The entire house is available for use. Other things to note I do ask that my guests provide me with their estimated time of arrival so that I will not be occupied with other tasks upon their arrival. I provide my cell phone number so that I can be reached directly with any questions or needs a guest may have.
