Other things to note The parents and guardian sole responsible for the safety and monitoring of any minors on property for their and everyone safety including scooters, pool or use of anything on property. Please only use the top lock with a code. Guest are solely responsible for being locked out and any fees incurred. There will a extended delay to regain entry if locked out and host is not responsible for the duration or fees. A lockout fee will be charged of $200 to gain entry again.
