Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval and payment of pet fee. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s). This home may have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. No indoor surveillance is used. BBQ's, if provided, may not be available during red flag warnings or extreme winter events. Permit: 332610 Guest access You will have access to the entire home. A closet or two may be locked for the owner's belongings. Other things to note DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME WITHOUT READING AND AGREEING TO THE HOUSE RULES: - The maximum number of people allowed in the home is as follows: 12 for families including children under 13 years old, 10 for individuals over 13 years old. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 3 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - Pets: Dogs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee. Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties
