A bedroom with one queen sized bed in this contemporary and comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Chicago's Historic Woodlawn community. The colors and scenic decor match natural earth and sky tones to give visitors a feeling of being on a peaceful hillside vacation. Guests will share common areas such as living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, office and patio. All of our guests are adults and respect the private and common spaces. More private rooms available. Message us for links. The space Please note: Chateau de Woodlawn is a shared apartment when one room is booked. Each room accommodates 2 guests. For the comfort and safety of all guests, no visitors are allowed. If you want visitors, you are welcome to choose our listing that allows you to reserve the entire apartment. There are electronic coded door lock is provided for your privacy and security. There is a queen sized bed, bed linens, and a set of towels is provided. A chest of drawers, nightstand, table lamp, closet with lighting, a trash can, bedside rugs, and a full length mirror with a cabinet for storing small personal items. Guest access As a guest, you have access to everything inside your room. Guests have of the shared kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and the patio furniture on the first floor rear patio. If you have a car there is a two space parking pad in the rear of the building. Please give us your license plate number, make and model of your car if there is space and you plan to use the parking space. There is street parking available as well. Other things to note Illinois has legalized the use of cannabis. However, we ask guests of Chateau de Woodlawn to reserve cannabis, cigarette, and vape smoking for the outside back porch. We request that if you choose to smoke there, keep doors and windows closed and properly discard the butts and other smoking remnants. Smoking indoors of any kind is strictly prohibited. We want to preserve the integrity of our home for you and our future guests. Your cooperation is greatly valued and appreciated. If another guest is using the patio area, feel free to carry a patio chair to the backyard and smoke there. The small barbecue grill may also be set up 10 feet away from the back porch. Thank you!
