The lazy river will close beginning September 8th, followed by the main pool, waterslide, spa, pool deck, cabanas, and Café Sol patio on September 22. During this time, guests can continue enjoying the resort’s clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, and lawn recreation areas. Café Sol will also remain available for pickup and delivery. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to enhance its amenities and guest experience. Other things to note Please avoid wearing dirty or muddy shoes in the home. Pool - Guests Use the pool at their own risk. Resort Amenities Update: Please NOTE that Solterra Resort’s aquatics area will be temporarily closed for improvement work. The lazy river will close beginning September 8, followed by the main pool, waterslide, spa, pool deck, cabanas, and Café Sol patio on September 22. During this time, guests can continue enjoying the resort’s clubhouse, fitness center, sports courts, and lawn recreation areas. Café Sol will also remain available for pickup and delivery. We appreciate your understanding as the resort works to enhance its amenities and guest experience. Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets. Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation. Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects. Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors. There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. Please NOTE, the resort charges a ONE-TIME $35 Amenities Access Fee for all guests to use on-site amenities. It is a one time charge for your stay and non-refundable.
