Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Downstairs consists of a large living room, dining area, library area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms- one with 2 twins and one with 1Q and 1F. There is a handicap accessible bathroom with a rollin shower on the first floor. The first floor also has a handicap ramp as well as a porch over looking the water The upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a King sized bed. One room has a day bed, a bathroom and a porch. The other bedroom has a bathroom. There is a dock that is for the renters use but the there are a lot of oysters in the creek and swimming is discouraged unless it is high tide. The property has a propane gas grill for renters to use. Guest access the entire home except the FROG Other things to note Please park on the side of the house and do not block the driveway as the home next door shares a driveway with us. Use the front door to access the house. Make sure all windows and doors are locked before you check out. Set thermostat to 72 in the summer before you leave Empty the refrigerator before checking out. Please clean the grill after use so the next renters will have a clean grill. It is stored in a large container under the car port and the access code is: 385. Please strip the bed linens from beds used and place them on the bathroom floor on the first floor as well as towels and washclothes. The cleaner will charge us for damaged or missing linens/towels etc and that fee will be passed on to you. Please make sure to remove all trash and place it in the trash cans and use the bungie cords to prevent animals from getting inside and making a mess; Someone will come to remove the trash every Monday so make sure you empty your trashcans on Sunday evening to prevent the cans from overflowing later in the week.
