The garage will be available for guest to keep their vehicles out of the weather, park their motorcycle, or even store their belongings temporarily. Other things to note Thank you for choosing our home for your stay. We would like to inform our guests that the entire home is available for use, and we can only accommodate up to 6 guests unless approved otherwise. We strictly prohibit parties or events in the house and have enforced quiet hours between 10 pm - 6 am to maintain a respectful relationship with our neighbors. We prioritize the health and safety of our guests, and therefore, smoking is not allowed within the property. There will be a $1,000 fee if any smoking is detected on the premises. To ensure a comfortable stay for our guests, we request guests kindly gather all trash into the trash can before checking out. The air conditioner's switch is located by the hall that goes to the bedrooms. We also request guests to keep noise levels down after 10 pm, as we prioritize maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors.
