TPT#21461311 The space This stylish 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home sleeps up to 8 guests. Primary Room: The primary suite features a king bed, private bath with walk in shower and walk in closet with office space. Guests Rooms: Feature a queen bed in each and share the hall full bathroom and 1/2 bath. Downstairs guest suite features a queen bed with private full bathroom. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with most anything that you may need to make your meals. Besides the kitchen basics, we also have a drip style coffee maker with coffee and filters provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property at 4 pm on the date of check in through 10 am on the date of check out via keypad. Other things to note House Rules: Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. No exceptions. Pack N Play and Highchair available on site. Private Pool heat available by request, up to 88° Fahrenheit for $150 per day, May through September. Pool heat is never guaranteed. Fire bowls are not available during fire restrictions. Hot Tub heat available year-round - Hot tub needs to be turned on before use and can take up to 1 hour or more to heat up. The hot tub automatically shuts off after 1.5 hours of use but may be turned back on at any time. We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick up. No Pets! No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated. No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping. By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out. Service Animals: Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Please pick up after your service animals and deposit waste in an outside trash can. Thank you for respecting our home.
