Studio Apt - (Pets/beach/pool/golf)

Pet friendly! Private 500 sq ft studio apartment above free standing garage. Full size kitchen if you want to stay in. Queen bed and couch with pull out bed. Private bath with shower, cable TV, wifi, Apple TV. In ground pool, in backyard with outdoor shower for you and your dogs. Enjoy a quiet neighborhood, located 1-2 miles from beautiful beaches and golf courses. Just 10 minutes away from Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. Just 25-35 minutes from Myrtle Beach attractions! The space We have everything covered for you! Fully stocked kitchen including stove, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, full-size refrigerator/freezer. All other cook wear, utensils and dishes provided. Linens provided and bath towels for apartment use only. Beach towels and beach chairs available for use if needed. Guest access Use of host family's in-ground pool and outdoor shower and pretty, peaceful outdoor living space. Right now the light needs repair in the swimming pool so night swimming is only with outside string lights and garage lights. Sorry! Other things to note A vehicle is necessary. There are about 10 stairs to go up to apartment. The stairs are indoors. Due to the tropical climate and surrounded by trees there is a chance you will see a palmetto bug. This is common but not always. I have a monthly pest service to keep them away but just heads up you may see one. They are harmless. Pros: Quiet area Full kitchen Pool for your use - We DON'T use it when our guests want it. Close to public beaches that are dog friendly. Cons: 1-Sometimes bikes/toys are around and kids in the backyard/pool. Kids are busy and aren't home most of the time though. 2-The pool needs an extensive fix of the light so night swimming isn't as bright. You can go in pool at night with outdoor string lights on but it doesn't help much. The pool is NOT heated & water doesn't usually warm up until mid-May.
