Stair access to Via Verde River and views of wildlife that includes Deer, Beaver, Otters, Badgers, Raccoons, Javalina, and a wide variety of native and migrant birds. Close to Downtown Cottonwood, Sedona, Jerome, and local wineries along the Wine Trail. The space Living space is upstairs on the 2nd Floor. Master Bathroom with private bathroom. Second Bedroom with bath that shares space with laundry room. Guest access The home that is alloted for guests is on the 2nd floor, upstairs. Other things to note Please be advised, this property is on a natural river and is subject to wildlife. There are Skunks, Raccoons, Beavers, Otters, Javalina pigs, Badgers, Deer and a lot of bird life. Please Do Not Move Furniture; respecting the home as your own.
