Cozy (gated/private entrance) 2 queen beds and 1 bath Apt located on the FAMOUS and beautiful Magazine St. (on street (URL HIDDEN) meters) Walking distance to all of the uptown hot spots. Easy to access (5-6 blocks walk) to either Tulane or Loyola or the French Quarter on the St. Charles Streetcar. The #11 Magazine Street bus right outside the gate goes straight to canal street bordering the French Quarter, CBD, convention center & casino. 17STR-06965 The space My cozy little cottage has two queen beds and one full bathroom with a bathtub and shower (It will host 4 people comfortably). I do offer a comfy twin foldaway Cot for a 5th guest...which will be a “EXTRA DAILY FEE". Please CONTACT ME IN ADVANCE if you need the Cot set-up for a 5th guest. Also Included is a cooktop, countertop toaster oven, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, washer dryer, blender, outside patio area and many extras. The apartment is nestled behind Glass Skin Studio (separate occupant from apartment). It has its own private gated rear entrance that’s safe, quiet and easily accessible (through either side of the building). I take great pride in making each of my guests feel comfortable and giving them a true home away from home NOLA experience...this is my goal. Guest access Public transportation (bus stop across the street), bike rental & the (trolley) street car on St. Charles Avenue...just blocks away. Other things to note The apartment building is gated and sits in the rear of storefront. (Glass Skin). The stores operating hours are: Mon-Fri 9am-7pm Saturday 9am-4pm The front entrance gate Must be locked when the business is closed (anytime a guest enters or leave the property). The apartment is nestled in back of Glasskin skincare studio. The business has nothing to do with the Airbnb rental, so PLEASE DO NOT go in and ask them anything pertaining to the back apartment. Come prepared with the SELF CHECKIN info listed on the booking itinerary. The apartment CAN BE ACCESSED THROUGH EITHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
