Safe and well fenced backyard with private entrance and quiet neighborhood . Centrally located to nearby cities , grocery shopping and Westfield mall in Tukwila . Easy access to public transportation bus and light rail train . We value your time , comfort privacy and safety . The space The entire unit on the first level of the house has a private entry . It has a master’s bedroom with a queen size bed 🛌 , a couple can stay there . The second bedroom has a Twin size and the 3rd bedroom has a full bed . We only allowed total of 4 guests or 3 if they’re not a couple . Guest access The entire unit can be accessed including the backyard for smoking and barbecue . No smoking allowed inside the house . There is a lake Seahurst and Lake Washington which is a 10 minutes drive from the house . Other things to note We provide coffee and creamer but if it’s not your brand you can have your coffee of choice . We sanitize and deodorize the unit in between guest . We encourage you to throw away thrash to the garbage bin outside the house . Collection of garbage is every Friday morning . This house has a central air and central heat . We have the control panel of the temperature on our side . Feel free to suggest how much temperature you will be comfortable . We are open to suggestions and concerns .
