Thank you for considering my home while you’re in the Valley. This is not a generic short‑term rental — it’s my personal home, thoughtfully opened to guests while I’m away for work much of the year. I hope you’ll feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely welcome here. This beautiful 3 bed 2/bath home is full of amenities. With a fully stocked kitchen, 2 car garage with a Tesla charger, large outdoor patio (unheated) and a gated pool, it is perfect for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. The space 1,348 Sq/ft Private 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, with a huge backyard, and within one mile to all the attractions of Downtown Chandler, 20 minute drive to Scottsdale, and 15 minute drive to ASU. You’ll have access to the entire home and yard. The home is located in a friendly cul-de-sac with a spacious driveway and garage for parking. The modern interior includes a cozy living room, smart TVs, fully stocked kitchen, and new comfy beds. The yard includes a patio, pool (non-heated), propane gas BBQ grill, patio sofas, patio dining table, fire pit, and propane gas heater - the yard is the place to be! SLEEPING SPACE: - Bedroom 1 - King Bed, 55" Smart TV - Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, 32" Smart TV - Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Guest access You will be enjoying the whole home during your stay including the garage. Guests will have full access to the property. May use 2-car garage for small vehicles with remote access using the MyQ app. Guests will be provided a code for the smart lock for the front door. Other things to note **Please read completely before booking - By booking you are indicating you agree and have read it all** Arizona Department of Revenue TPT license: 21608302 Chandler Short-Term Rental license: 311596 Warning parties and events: if an unauthorized/illegal gathering occurs, the police will be called, you will be evicted, no refund will be offered and you will not get your deposit back. Only 6 people are allowed at the home at any given time. The home does have a camera security system in place. Cameras are only located on the outside of the house in the front and back yard. The cameras will not be monitored while guests are present. There is a locked closet in the third bedroom where the server is located. Please do not try unlock this closet door. ** All beds are encased in mattress protectors** No keys to lose or to return! This property provides Secure, keyless entry with an Nest Yale Smartlock. You can lock and unlock the door using a unique vpersonal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. The home does not have cable TV and only has three Smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and secondary bedroom. You can log into your accounts and watch TV through Netflix, Direct TV or other services you subscribe to. Bathrooms are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper in each bathroom and many other traveler conveniences. In the kitchen, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent as well. There are also pool towels provided in the hallway linen closet. In the event the propane grill is low or empty please advise the host. If you would like to have early check in or late check out please let me know. There is an extra fee depending on length of time.
