Tybee Island Condo The PERFECT PERCH: Unobstructed views of Savannah River and the Atlantic Ocean About this space The PERFECT PERCH is a very newly renovated condo great for couples or small families. It is the Perfect Perch as the unobstructed third-floor balcony is perched “perfectly” to watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port within steps of the private beach access. It is located on the North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Ocean The space Offering a king bed (hard to find), a sleeper sofa, a bathroom with shower, and an open floor plan kitchen, dining (for 4), and living area. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and other essentials. There is a stove/oven and a full-sized refrigerator. A starter package of all the basic products, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc., is provided. Feel free to bring any additional supplies that you think you may need. (note: the condo doesn't have a dishwasher, and coin-operated laundry facilities are located conveniently in the building.) Other things to note Don’t forget! The Savannah Beach and Racquet Club community is gated and offers private beach access (a few steps away), a pool, tennis courts, community grills and picnic areas, and plenty of parking.
