It may take several hours to reach temperature. The heater runs on a daily timer—on in the morning, off in the evening. The pool heat fee covers operating the heater for 8–10 hours per day, not a guaranteed temperature. Water temperature varies based on weather. Typical water temperature ranges between 78°F and 86°F. The pool will feel cooler in the morning and warmer later in the day. Heat pumps rely on outdoor temperatures. Cooler weather may reduce the maximum achievable temperature. Only our pool staff may adjust heater settings. Unauthorized changes may result in additional charges. In the rare event of mechanical or electrical malfunction, we will address it promptly. Compensation is limited to the pool heat fee for the specific days the heater was not operational. We look forward to hosting your stay. After booking, you'll receive a link to complete check-in and sign the rental agreement. Your door code will be sent 24 hours before arrival. A Ring security camera is installed at the front entrance for safety. Please do not cover or tamper with it. Covering the camera will result in immediate cancellation without refund. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to let us know. Thank you!
