We are centrally located: The space This basement apartment uses an open floor plan in the kitchen/dining/living space to give this cozy space a wide-open feel. The freshly-renovated, spacious restroom complements two inviting bedrooms on one side of the suite, while the second bathroom is conveniently located next to the third bedroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, lamp, fan, and offers ample closet/storage space, which includes hangers, a hamper for your laundry, and an extra backup pillow and blanket. Guests also enjoy their own private washer/dryer unit for in-suite laundry at no additional cost! Our home uses energy-efficient lighting and appliances, and all provided paper products (TP and paper towels) are sustainably-sourced using bamboo. This basement apartment is entirely your own with a separate exterior entrance. It’s a perfect spot to really make you feel at home for an extended stay. Guest access You will enjoy your own entryway to the unit from the side of the house. After you use the access code to enter through the gate, you will then have direct access to the large backyard, and private access to the entire basement suite. This includes the entryway, living/dining/kitchen areas, three bedrooms, two restrooms, & a laundry room. My aunt and uncle live upstairs, but the house is totally separate (think duplex-style), but, of course, you are also more than welcome to use our spacious and fully fenced yard anytime you like. Other things to note This home is owned & operated by my Aunt (Yeshi) & Uncle (Worku), who live in the upstairs unit & have been in this home for the last 20 years! I, their niece, an avid traveler (currently in Vancouver, Canada) & frequent booker of Airbnb help them manage this listing. As you can see on this listing, they are fairly new to hosting on Airbnb & because they are so humble by all of the learnings of this experience we made sure that was reflected in the price, so, thank you for taking a chance on us!
