Our entire roof is full of solar panels. We love that the warmth of the sun powers this home and there's no gas here! (So, yes, there's an induction cooktop in your kitchen.) Also, our HVAC system is powered by high-efficiency Mitsubishi heat pump technology for optimal heat and cooling throughout the seasons. This truly green home is airtight with advanced insulation for a quiet experience. Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) regularly filter the freshest, cleanest air into the house and discard stale, unclean air. You'll sleep soundly on either our Tuft & Needle mattress in the main bedroom or the Sealy Posturepedic in the second bedroom. As of 2023, Adam had been an Airbnb Superhost on the north side for 6 years, and was new to the south side; and Kailee was new to hosting, but was old to the south side and is an expert on the area. As is the case in any big city, please be vigilant when walking around nearby streets, especially at night. Walking alone is not recommended at night.
