The space This cabin sits ~10 feet directly above Regan Park, a public beach, that features a small sandy beach, a grassy yard with a swing set, and a sand volleyball court. Your dog can enjoy the off-leash park at the east end, while you launch a kayak, splash on inflatables, or lounge by the lake. Work from anywhere in style: our sunroom office features a Herman Miller chair, adjustable desk, and a private door. Stay connected with 1Gbps speeds with WiFi 7 and an on-site monochrome laser printer. The lakeside edge of this property has a steep unprotected ~10-foot vertical drop. This area, part of city property, has no fencing and may have loose or uneven ground. Please see picture in the "backyard" section of the photos. Please exercise extreme caution, adult supervision of young or other people at risk. It isn't suitable for very young kids who are at higher risk. Please note that this is an original, 60+ year-old rustic cabin. While we pride ourselves on cleanliness, the interiors are dated and have not been remodeled. Notable features include a tiny shower, scuffed linoleum flooring, and the absence of a dishwasher. For your comfort, space heaters are provided in the bedrooms to supplement the gas-fireplace central heating. This is the perfect spot for those seeking a functional, no-frills mountain getaway. There are three bedrooms, although only two are "official" according to the city: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Two Twin beds Bedroom 3: One double bed (small 70sqft with no closet) Two twin beds in the living room that also are used for sitting. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 5 children. While the maximum is 4 people, the city allows up to 5 children 13 years or younger in addition. The biggest constraint in this case is having a single bathroom. New mattresses have been installed in the bedrooms for your comfort. Roku TV can be connected to your personal streaming accounts.
