GOLF- within 10 mins(Ken McDonald, Ahwatukee, Dobson Ranch, San Marcos, Foothills Golf Club, and Ocotillo. Others within in 15-20 minutes. Walking distance to Starbucks, bars and gym The space Family friendly home with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen, large living space and HEATED POOL! Guest access You will be able to access all areas of the house besides the garage and the master closet. Other things to note We are pet friendly. We love all fur babies, but only allow dogs at this property. There is a pet fee of $75 per pet per stay. Additional pet notes: -A max of 2 pets per stay. - No pets allowed to potty in the backyard or pool area - All pets must be on collar & leash while outside (front yard or park area) - All pets must be picked up after. No potty remains allowed. You will be charged if all messes are not cleaned up after (inside & outside). - If your dog destroys any property you will be responsible to replace/pay for the items.
