If the furniture is moved, your deposit will automatically be forfeited. 5.GOLF COURSE: Please stay off the golf course, and keep all kids off the golf course. The cabin property ends at the short white pipe (not there in the winter), do not play beyond that, or you will risk getting kicked off the course and out of the cabin. We do ask that you purchase your own laundry detergent, bleach, and fabric softener. There are also cleaning supplies in the guest bedroom closet. If there is a major spill or accident and you can’t get it cleaned up, please notify us. 8.BBQ GRILL: If you use the BBQ grill, you must clean the grill after your use. The weather is unpredictable and a storm may arise and cause damage if the windows are not secured. 12.SNOWPLOWING: We cannot control the weather.
