Pets OK! Hot Tub! Close to Beach w/Fenced Yard!

Less than 1 mile to Surfside Beach & new pier- 2 beds, 1 large bath w double sink, large jacuzzi tub, separate shower, huge living room w sofa bed, dining & breakfast areas, laundry, sunroom w/hot tub, large front patio & fenced yard. ***Please do not book this house if you have so many people coming they cannot share the master bath located in the master suite. ***There's a separate apt where owner may stay w/ back entrance, so fenced yard is the only potentially shared area. The space There is high speed wifi, a new 40 inch ROKU TV in the living room, a 40 inch TV in the master bedroom, and a small ROKU TV in the 2nd bedroom - you can move the TV's to any room (plug in near hot tub, kitchen etc), and there is 1 extra TV for DVD's and VHS use, or bring your own device to plug in. The main bedroom has a King size bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen size, plus there is a pull out sofa so the house can accommodate 6 people. NO STAIRS to deal with like the raised beach houses have when you're bringing in your luggage, and we have a hot tub as well as an oversized jacuzzi bathtub. There is just one step up to the large dining room table that seats 8 if you choose to eat there. The main living space is an open floor plan with kitchen/dining/breakfast room & living room. Breakfast room table seats 4, table in hot tub/sunroom area seats 2, and the large granite kitchen island gives you lots of counter space with 3 stools so you can eat at the island. The living room has vaulted ceiling, skylights, electric fireplace with buttons on top, and has sliding glass door access to the hot tub patio/sunroom that can also be accessed from the main bedroom. There is a second electric fireplace in the master bedroom. The kitchen has a large double door stainless steel frig. with freezer drawers, and everything you need to cook is provided (pots, pans, microwave, full size stove with 4 burners, silverware, dishes, wine glasses, plastic cups, coffee maker etc.) The kitchen is also equipped with a new garbage disposal, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Linens and pillows for the beds are also provided, as well as towels but feel free to bring more if you like extra large beach towels. There is a large washer and dryer for your convenience in the laundry room but the home is also close to coin laundrymats. An iron and ironing board are also located in the laundry room along with detergent and cleaning products. Backyard is fenced with small charcoal grills and a firepit, and there is a large covered front patio with 2 comfortable chairs. The nearest public boat ramp is in Murrells Inlet next to Belin Methodist Church. Murrells Inlet is just a few miles away, and a great place to rent kayaks, charter a boat, or try other water sports. We have tennis racquets and balls, football, frisbee, boogie board, massage table, and other fun things to help you relax and have a fantastic vacation but all of these items and more can be found a the Dollar stores about a half mile from the house so you can pick up what you need on the way to the beach. There is a golf cart for rent at the house you can add on to your reservation for 75/day of $200/week. There are 2 large seafood buffets in golf cart distance (The Pirate's Table and Crabby Mike's) , as well as Chinese restaurants, Waffle House, Dagwoods, Malibu (Italian Restaurant), grocery stores and clothing shops, The Sundown Bar and Grill, Griffin's, etc. all within .5 mile to 1 mile of the house. You can take the golf cart to the new Surfside Pier and enjoy the new Whistling Duck restaurant, or any of the others across the street from the pier such as Neal and Pam's or Chimmichanga Llama, the Gracious Pig if you like BBQ and many more. It's very hard to find something in the area this size for this price that is allowing pets with a fenced yard, and less than a mile to the beach- plus you will be amazed at how many restaurants & shops are nearby. The house is about a 15 min drive to the center of Myrtle Beach and 30 min. to North Beach. The owner is a real estate agent and business broker in NC/SC/FL and can help if you would like to buy an airbnb or local business, or just get more info. If you need anything to help make your stay the best it can be just ask! The following may be available during your stay: Pet Sitting Dog Walking Babysitting Owner has pets but if they are onsite they are indoors in a separate area/apartment with back entrance. The main house features a classic, secure duplex layout. The guest suite is completely private and self-contained with its own dedicated entrance. For total security and privacy, the interior connecting doors are permanently locked out from both sides. The only time you might see the owner is if coming or going into a back/side entrance with a sign that says "Sea Hag's Captain's Cabin". If you need anything during your stay the host/owner will send someone to help you if personally unavailable. If you have dogs in the backyard the owner can message you to make sure to work around your schedule. Guest access You will have the entire space to yourself. Please note there is a private 1 bed 1 bath apartment on the left back side of the house owner may stay in when in town. The fenced backyard is the only potentially shared space with the owner and possibly a small part of the driveway. Owner has cats that may be indoors in the separate apartment. If it is alright with a guest, they can also have access to a covered enclosure attached to a side window of the house. It's not necessary that the cats use the outdoor enclosure so please let me know if you prefer the cats are indoors at all times. Other things to note The bathroom is in the master suite. It is not centrally located in a hallway so please do not book the house if this won't work for your party. On VRBO the house has gotten only 5 star ratings but the overall rating on airbnb is less because of super small issues that could've been easily resolved right away with a message so please don't hesitate to reach out and let the owner or property manager know if you can't find something or need help with anything. Fenced yard is a high privacy type fence on left side and across the back of the yard, but is shorter/not tall fencing on the right side of the house. If you want to see a picture before booking just let me know. AC unit works great but ceilings are 20 ft high and the house will not feel cool if the doors are open too long while unloading/bringing bags inside, or if the hot tub area door stays open. Please keep the thermostat set during the day to 72-74 during July/August & no lower than 70 at night. Typically AC units cool a house 15-20 degrees below the outside temperature.
