Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and smart TVs with high-speed WiFi. There is also room for two more cars in the driveway, blocking the first cars in. Additionally, there is plenty of free street parking right outside the home for as many cars as needed. Other things to note • For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay! • Please note that the pool house shower and restroom are currently out of order until further notice. Pet Friendly: • Pets are welcome at our property. A maximum of 2 pets under 60 lbs each is permitted. A pet fee of $49 per pet will be added to the reservation when pets are included at the time of booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Additional Services: • Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price (heating not available during summer). The fee is $119/ night and must be purchased for the entire stay. Please note the pool can only be heated when the outside temperature is above 60°F, and we require at least 48 hours' notice if you would like to add this service. The pool is serviced every Monday by our maintenance team. • The pool is for guest use only. Pets are not permitted in the pool. • Planning a BBQ? Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival. A propane tank refill is available for a one-time $55 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy! • We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
