Escape to your tranquil haven just moments away from the beach! Nestled in the heart of historic North Beach, our "TyBeach House" welcomes guests with ample living space and sleeping spaces. This elevated Tybee gem has been thoughtfully renovated, exuding a super practical and beachy ambiance. Filled with natural light and spaciousness, you'll find plenty of room to unwind and relax. Embrace the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience for an unforgettable getaway! The space The property is Savannah style elevated so all living quarters are upstairs. You walk into a spacious screened in porch. As you enter the front door you walk into an open concept living room and kitchen. On either side are beautiful king bedrooms with full bathrooms. A laundry room and pantry are off the kitchen. Follow the spiral stairs upstairs to the loft area and you’ll find a twin bed, a double bed, and a gaming area. Also there is a half bath upstairs. Guest access Guests have access to the entire top of the house, the yard, carport, and porch. Other things to note We have a strict no pet policy. If we find that you have brought a pet onto the property, an additional cleaning fee of $300 will be charged and your pet will have to leave the property.
