Private Lower Level Near Old Town

Our home is conveniently located 1.5 miles from Old Town Alexandria and the King Street Metro and 6 miles from the National Mall. You will have the lower level with private outside entrance to yourselves, The space is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, and laundry. We provide a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator for your convenience. Please note that this space does not have a full kitchen and there is not a solid door between your space and upstairs. Welcome to Alexandria! The space While you will have a private entrance and exclusive access to the lower level, there is no door to the staircase upstairs. We do have pets, but they are not allowed in your space. If you have a car we have driveway parking for you. Guest access You will have the lower level of our home with private entrance to yourself. The space consists of 2 bedrooms a bath and a living room. There is a laundry room as well which you are welcome to use. Other things to note We have a cat in the house, but she is not allowed in your space. Please note that there is not a full kitchen and that there is not a solid door on the staircase.
