Guest access This reservation is for a private 2-bedroom, 1-bath guest suite located above our garage on our property. The suite has its own separate entrance and is not shared with anyone during your stay. To be clear, guests are not renting the entire home. You are renting a fully private upstairs guest space attached to our main residence. You do not enter through the main house or through the garage, and there is no shared interior living space. The suite is accessed by stairs, so guests should be comfortable with an upstairs entry. While the guest suite itself does not include a separate indoor living room, guests have access to exceptional outdoor spaces on the property, including the pool area with lounge seating, tables, chairs, and loungers, as well as the dock house, which serves as a relaxed screened-in outdoor living room right on the creek with power, wifi (albeit sketchy out there) a sofa, and chairs. A personal note: This guest suite is part of a thoughtfully maintained private home and is a space our own family also enjoys throughout the year. We have designed and cared for it to feel serene, fresh, and beautifully kept, and we truly appreciate guests who value that same standard. Because the suite features white linens, white walls, light hardwood stairs, and light finishes, we kindly ask that guests use a higher level of care than they might in a typical hotel setting. Normal use is, of course, expected, but excessive mess, staining, damage, or any cleaning beyond what is customary may result in an additional charge. We are always delighted to host guests who appreciate a peaceful, well-kept space and who will enjoy it with the same care they would their own home.
