Step outside for games and ping pong in the game room. ~High-Tech Amenities~ Balancing rustic charm with modern amenities, the space is fully equipped with high-tech necessities, including high-speed WiFi covering the entire property, EV charging, a newly renovated home theater, and a WiFi enabled multi-room smart speaker setup. ~A Spa-Lover’s Paradise~ Rocky Roost has it all for spa-lovers, boasting two steam showers in the main house, an outdoor hot tub, and a sauna just steps away from the lake. Guest access Rocky Roost features parking for 4 cars. Walk from the main house to a private lake enclave in minutes, or explore nearby towns like Kings Beach and Incline Village, each offering local charm and cultural treasures. There is a 220 Nima outlet (for Teslas) and a 110 high amperage outlet for other ev's. Note: Guests need to bring their own portable charger cable (recommend 15-20 feet long). The pier and lower cottage are seasonal and only available during summer months. They are closed for winter. Other things to note Two buoys are available in summer, but the boat house interior is unavailable and not for rent. The lower cottage is seasonal and is closed for the winter. Please be aware that there are large boulders, places with uneven pavement, steep stairs, and piers without railings over deep water. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times on or near lakeside decks and piers: shoes/sandals required, no running. Lakeside decks and piers are very slippery when wet or icy. If you would like to rent a boat or use the kayaks please contact me and ask for the waiver that must signed for liability reasons prior to using a boat or water devices at the property. The pier and lower cottage are closed for Winter and only available during summer months. Guests are not permitted to remove any items from the property and social media posts/reviews must be approved by the host.
